In this role you are working closely with colleagues from all offices and departments to collect , document and gather insights for a detailed collection of important information. Your contribution will create a solid knowledge library to show all employees how commercetools works and to ensure we have an extensive source to learn from. This includes, but is not limited to, competitor analysis, marketing materials, organisational structure, guidelines and exciting technology information. This fantastic internal wiki is going to be accessed by all commercetools employees around the world! Come and be our source of knowledge! 
About your new role
  • Creating content (articles, graphics, videos) in our internal Wiki (Confluence)
  • Create and optimize templates and pages for all corporate divisions/business areas
  • Information exchange between/with all corporate divisions (product, HR, marketing, sales, consulting) and locations (Europe, US, Asia)
  • Support with the creation of internal onboarding and training information
  • Be the point of contact for all employees regarding Knowledge Management
  • Monitoring and continuous maintenance of our Wiki
Skills & Requirements
  • Several years of experience in maintaining wikis or editorial pages
  • Several years of experience in working with the Atlassian Confluence editorial system
  • Basic experience with markup languages and macros
  • Experience within the IT/software industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured method of working
  • Very good written English skills
Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop is an advantage but not required.
