Job Description

At commercetools we have achieved consistent growth and our breakthrough plans for the future make this a great opportunity to boost your career.  We will be opening an office in London UK at the start of 2019 and are looking for a hands on (Senior) Sales Executive to further build out UK Sales. 

About your new role
  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping our rapidly growing organisation being the first sales person located in the UK. You can imagine that this job requires a commercial self starter, who thrives off closing deals with leading UK Retailers and eCommerce companies
  • To continue to further grow our business with new client acquisitions (revenue target growth and solid pipeline development) within the UK market and helping us to achieve our ambitious strategic plans
  • Presenting sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the commercetools Head of Sales Conducting analysis in order to manage performance levels of sales against market developments 
  • Partner alignment with commercetools SIs and Agencies.

Skills & Requirements
  • + 5 years of sales experience working with large and key accounts
  • Previous (SaaS) eCommerce Software sales experience is a bonus, but as long as you are quick learner, not a hard demand (CMS, PIM, DAM experience also a bonus)
  • Commercial with a natural strong drive with sales as part of your DNA
  • Creative in finding solutions in complex environments
  • An attentive listener to your client’s problems and needs and have the ability to translate these
  • Steering and improving sales business processes
  • A true relationship builder that fosters collaboration with your clients and partners
  • A self- starter with lots of own initiative, drive and passion for what you do
  • Tech savvy & IT driven is a bonus since our product is quite technical
